Summer Fun!!

Sorry for the picture overload but despite the heat we have been up to a ton of fun.

We headed downtown to the MLB All-star festivities this week. We figured it may never make it back when T is a kid so we better go. Sure glad we did, he LOVED it. Here we are at the parade!!

T and Wally the Red Sox mascot. C kept calling them mascets. She loved looking for all of them.

This is out of order but we had a nice BBQ and watched fireworks July 4th with Mark and Whitney.

We have had a great summer thus far. For my memories sake I need to jot down a few more things that I of course forgot to take the camera to.

• The kids and I headed to the cabin for three days with Papa Burt. T went golfing twice and then we went to see Cars 2. Just real nice to be out of the heat.


• Stayed at a local resort for a night with Bec's family so the kids could swim and play at the water park they had.


• Lots of swimming at the Verrado pool. T finished more lessons and can swim like a pro now.


• Our ward rented out a local city pool and T jumped off the high dive four times. Had to be convinced each time but he did.


• Mom is still waiting to not be pregnant anymore. Seven more weeks!


• T is playing in a basketball league and his dad is the coach.


• C is almost potty trained. Always a work in progress, but we are excited none the less.


• Living through the great Haboob!!!
